Los Gigantes is located in south-west part of the coast of Tenerife and along with the neighbour towns has the warmest weather on the island. 

Los Gigantes has a natural beach of black and famous port that holds the same name. It is considered the best place to go out to the sea with a boat. There are numerous wild bays and beaches along the coast that can be only accessed from the ocean. And the Los Gigantes cliffs is one of the most beautiful sights of the island. Those are vertical walls of volcanic rock reaching more than 600 meters above sea level. Local aborigen people (guanches) called them “The wall of the devil”.

Los Gigantes has well developed infrastructure: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, sea water pool, public bus, taxis etc.

The nearby towns are Puerto de Santiago, Playa de la Arena and Playa de San Juan.

In 2017 the local Town Hall will refurbish the roads and the church plaza. More commercial premises will be constructed as well.

There are mostly apartments in Los Gigantes and very small amount of houses and villas. Couple of complexes can offer spacious duplexes with private lock-up garages. Most of the apartments in Los Gigantes and especially penthouses have magnificent view to the ocean and the cliffs – it is truly amazing when the sun is setting!

You can see dolphins and whales right from your terrace as there are big populations of these animals living along the cliffs.
